Postage, Delivery and Retail

Each artwork is professionally framed before shipping and this can take several days, so your painting may take a week or so to arrive. The painting is securely packaged and sent via courier, at which point you will receive a dispatch notification and tracking number where available.

Notecards should be with you within a few days, but these are hand-finished and may take a little longer during periods of high demand.

If you have any concerns or in the event that there is a problem with your order, please contact me straight away. I will reimburse P&P on orders damaged in transit, as long as you provide the necessary receipts.

In the event that you change your mind about a painting and wish to return it, the work should be packed as safely as when it arrived, preferably in the original box. In the event of a return because a painting is no longer wanted, P&P is covered by the buyer. Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
